Who I Am

I'm an operations leader who builds systems that hold under pressure and scale without breaking.

My career has moved through hospitality in Bangkok, tobacco distribution across Bangladesh, retail turnaround at ACI, and now leading MIS and operations at ShopUp, one of Bangladesh's largest B2B distribution platforms.

I don't just run operations. I redesign them. I've cut costs by 25% while the business tripled. Saved $138K/month in pilferage losses. Built dashboards that landed in the global top 20 at JTI out of 22,000+. Started a fashion brand from scratch. Now building a SaaS product.
